Like always, put on the base coat. Then the base colors: black and red 

Then make a white semi-circle

Then 6 black points on the red ones and white points on the black ones, get them togeter with white nail polish making a line

Then make a black line on the semi-circle 

Then, they will look like this (sorry the are messy)
